The final episode, which is titled "The Road Ahead," was originally set to premiere on November 26, the weekend after American Thanksgiving. The spinoff series of "The Walking Dead" has been renewed for its eighth season, which will air in late 2022. The Season 7B finale will air on April 17, 2022, and the Season 8 premiere will follow around November 2022.
